What should I know about your pricing?
My pricing is always upfront with no hidden fees. I offer fair rates based on the size and difficulty of the job. For bigger projects, I provide package deals and discounts. I always make sure customers understand the cost before any work begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the project details to fully understand the customer's needs. Then I review the space, explain the options, and give a clear price estimate. Once everything is agreed on, I schedule the job, complete it efficiently, and make sure the customer is fully satisfied with the result.
What education and training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training in home remodeling, plumbing, tile installation, drywall repair, and TV mounting. I've completed multiple professional courses and learned practical skills through real projects over the years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in construction and home improvement over 8 years ago. I learned hands-on by working with experienced contractors and built my skills in remodeling, plumbing, tile installation, and more. Over time, I opened my own business to provide reliable and high-quality service.

I've worked with homeowners, renters, real estate agents, property managers, and contractors. I handle everything from small handyman jobs to full remodels.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
I recently completed a full bathroom remodel including installing three large porcelain slabs. It was a detailed job that required precise measurements and careful handling. The project took about one week from start to finish, and the customer was extremely happy with the final result.

Make sure the provider is experienced, communicates clearly, and offers upfront pricing. Review their photos and past projects to see the quality of their work. A good professional should always explain the options and make sure the customer understands the process before starting.

Customers should know their budget, the style or result they want, and the timeline they prefer. It helps to have photos or examples. For more technical work it's good to know the existing materials, dimensions, and any constraints in the space.
