FULL REMODEL
Bathroom Remodeling
Master baths, guest baths, powder rooms. Vanity through tile, plumbing trim through paint.
About this service
A full bathroom remodel is plumbing, tile, electrical, drywall, paint, and finish carpentry — coordinated by one person. Naron runs it end-to-end so the schedule holds and the trades don't talk past each other.
Bathrooms are the room where everything has to land tight: water, light, ventilation, finish. Naron has done a long string of full bathroom remodels — porcelain slab walk-ins, freestanding tub installs, double-vanity rebuilds — and the work shows in the photos and the customer reviews.
The bathroom doesn’t have to be a luxury build to get this kind of execution. Naron applies the same discipline whether it’s a $15K guest bath refresh or a $60K master gut.
Process
How a bathroom remodeling project actually runs.
actually runs.
- 01
Consult
Naron walks the bathroom, notes plumbing locations, ventilation, structural constraints. Talks through what's worth keeping, what's worth changing, and what the budget actually covers.
- 02
Estimate
Itemized: demo, rough-in, tile, fixtures, finish. Material allowances called out so a vanity upgrade is a visible decision, not a hidden one.
- 03
Build
Demo first. Then plumbing and electrical rough. Then drywall, waterproofing, tile, and finish in sequence. The bathroom is dust-protected from the rest of the house.
- 04
Walk-through
Run every fixture. Check every grout line. Confirm the door closes, the fan vents, and the drain runs clear. Anything off gets fixed.

Answers
Bathroom Remodeling — common questions.
ask Naron.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Typical master bath: 3–5 weeks once materials are on-site. Powder room or guest bath: 2–3 weeks. Naron sets a finish date in the estimate and protects it. Larger scope (re-routing plumbing, expanding the footprint) extends the schedule — that's called out at consult.
Can you do a one-bathroom house remodel?
Yes. Naron sequences the work to minimize the time the bathroom is out of service — typically 5–10 days for the unusable stretch — and lets you know exactly when it'll be back. He'll work with you on logistics.
Do you handle the plumbing and electrical yourself?
Naron handles standard rough-in and trim. For complex re-routing or anything the city wants pulled under permit, he coordinates with a licensed plumber and electrician — included in the estimate so you don't get a surprise sub bill.
What about leaks the bathroom is already showing?
Caught at consult. Naron will find the source — failing waterproofing, bad grout, a slow plumbing leak — and write the fix into scope. Not patching over the symptom.
